Private Charles Alexander Cromb, Seaforth Highlanders of Canada. Born on 10 January 1919 in Winnipeg (MB) and KIA 21 July 1943.
Charles Cromb was killed during the advance towards Leonforte. The Seaforths were advancing from the southern side of town.
Charles lived with his parents, two brothers and three sisters in Vancouver. His older brother also served overseas. Charles enlisted in the Canadian Armed Forces on the 20th of February 1940 in Vancouver.
