My mothers Uncle is buried here. L/Cpl Victor REID Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers. Victor came from County Tyrone , N.Ireland and went to war with my Grandfather Joseph KYLE together with many other brave men from their area. Victor was the only one not to come home. We will never forget him. I have photo of him that I will add. I hope to come and visit one day and pay my respects to Victor. He will not be forgotten.

Thank you for making available such an amazing resource. My grandad survived the landings in Sicily but this site has helped me to understand more of what he went through with his fellow soldiers in the Pioneer Corps.
