Thank you for taking the time to develop this site. I now know so much more about my grandad and am able to share this information with my children. Unfortunately I found the site slightly too late to show my dad, the only child of John William Bettaney who died in January 2011, however I know he would have loved to have seen these images and to know that his grandchildren and great grandchildren are able to know so much more about such an important man and our family history.

I do have some photographs that I will scan for the site.
